Led by a Shepherd

Dr. Jerry E. Shepherd has been a guest speaker and Sunday School teacher at ECBC for the past two months since September 7th. During English congregation services, he has been preaching about the history of the Christian church from Old Testament times to the Reformation. In Sunday School, he has been teaching the book of Ezekiel.

A card was presented by Chester Leung to Dr. Shepherd for his temporary role at ECBC. His wife also visited ECBC for the first time this Sunday, October 26th.

Jerry E. Shepherd, Ph.D, is an associate professor of Old Testament at Taylor Seminary and is currently teaching a course in the themes and motifs of the Old Testament. He has been teaching at Taylor since 1993 when it was named the North American Baptist College. He has a degree and Ph.D from Westminster Theological Seminary.
