Roseanna Ruth Adeline Maney is Born!

Congratulations to Mark and Charlotte Maney who gave birth to Roseanna Ruth Adeline Maney before 6:28PM PST at Peace Arch Hospital. They celebrate an overdue (originally due April 8) but completely natural birth the evening of April 17th. Charlotte was supposed to be induced Saturday, but the baby girl weighing in over 3.04kg (6lbs 11oz) came a day before the scheduled induction. Photos and news will be available on their facebook profiles.

Upon Charlotte's first interview since the birth, she was proud of her natural birth and felt amazing holding her daughter for the first time. Although she didn't think the birthing process was fun, she wants her daughter to know that she loves her when she is old enough to watch the interview.

First time daddy Mark Maney did what all first time daddies do best... document everything with video and photo recordings. He documented Roseanna's first diaper, first toque, and first interview with granmother Vera Dickau. Grandmother loves her beautiful granddaughter.
